Mind Loop: Privacy Policy
In short: Mind Loop has no accounts and does not collect your personal data. Your progress stays on your phone. The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob: videos you choose to watch, and a short ad now and then between levels. AdMob collects some data to show and measure them. Purchases are handled by Google Play. If you use Google Play Games, your achievements and a copy of your progress are kept in your Google account by Google.
Who we are
Mind Loop is made by Blckera Game Art Pvt. Ltd., which publishes games as "Blckera Games". You can contact us at contact@blckeragameart.com.
What the game itself collects
Nothing that identifies you. Mind Loop has no sign-in, no accounts and no analytics or tracking of its own. Your progress, stars, streak and settings are stored on your device. If you use your phone's Google backup, Android may include them in it, so they come back on a new phone; this is part of your Google account and under your control in your phone's backup settings. "Reset all progress" in Settings erases them (and the copy in Google Play Games, if you use it), and so does uninstalling the game.
Ads (Android app)
The Android app shows two kinds of ads. Short video ads that you choose to watch, for example to get two more hints when you have none left: these play only when you tap a button that says so. And short ads between levels: after some levels, when you go on to the next one, an ad may show first (never in the first levels, never in the Daily Circuit, and at most one every few minutes). These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, your IP address (from which an approximate location can be derived), and information about how ads are shown and used, and app diagnostics. Google describes how it uses this information here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in some US states), the app asks for your choice before personalised ads can be shown, and you can change it at any time under "Privacy choices" in the app's Settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android device's settings.
Supporters (see below) see no ads.
Purchases
The optional Supporter purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details; Google tells the app only whether you own the purchase, so that it can be restored on a new device.
Google Play Games (Android app)
If you use Google Play Games on your phone, the app signs you in to it by itself, unlocks your achievements there, and keeps a copy of your progress in Google's cloud save, so it comes back on a new phone. This is handled by Google under its own policies; we do not see your Google account. If you don't use Play Games, none of this happens.
Children
Mind Loop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share any data ourselves. Data collected by Google for ads, purchases and Play Games is handled under Google's own policies.
Keeping and deleting data
The data the game keeps is on your device only, and you can erase it with "Reset all progress" or by uninstalling. For data held by Google for ads, use your device's ad settings and Google's controls; for Play Games, your Play Games settings.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing of yours for us to show, correct or delete. For the data Google holds for ads, purchases and Play Games, you can use Google's own tools, and your device's settings for the advertising ID. You can contact us with any question about your privacy at the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
