Mind Loop: Terms of Service

Who we are

Mind Loop is made by Blckera Game Art Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India that publishes games as "Blckera Games" ("we", "us"). These terms apply to Mind Loop: Calm Circuit Puzzle for Android, as offered on Google Play, and to its updates. By installing or playing Mind Loop you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use the game. Google Play's own terms also apply when you download the game or buy something in it.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install Mind Loop on devices you own or control and to play it for your own non-commercial use. Please don't:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it;
• modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows you to;
• use cheats, bots or modified versions of the game;
• interfere with its ads, for example by tapping ads you have no interest in, or using tools that fake ad views or taps.

Ads

Mind Loop is free because it shows ads, provided by Google AdMob. There are two kinds:

• Videos you choose to watch for a reward: more hints, keeping a Daily Circuit streak, or playing a missed Daily. They play only when you tap a button that says so, and the reward is given when the video finishes.
• Short ads between levels: after some levels, when you go on to the next one, an ad may show first. Never in the first levels, never in the Daily Circuit, and at most one every few minutes.

When an ad between levels is due and your device is offline, the next new level waits until you are back online. Levels you have already solved and the Daily Circuit still play offline. How ads use data is explained in our privacy policy.

Hints, stars and streaks

Hints, stars, streaks and other things you earn in the game are part of playing it. They have no money value and can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money. We may change how they are earned or used in updates to the game.

The Supporter purchase

Supporter is an optional one-time purchase. It removes all ads, gives unlimited hints, and lets you keep a Daily streak or play a missed Daily without watching a video. Its price is shown in Google Play, in your currency and including any taxes, before you pay.

• Google Play takes the payment, and Google Play's terms and refund policies apply. You can ask for a refund through Google Play.
• The purchase belongs to your Google account. It comes back by itself when you install Mind Loop on another device signed in to the same Google account.
• It unlocks these features in Mind Loop for as long as we offer the game. It is not a subscription and is never charged again.

Your rights under consumer law, including any right to a repair, replacement or refund for digital content that is faulty or not as described, are not affected.

Your progress

Your progress, stars, streak and settings are saved on your device; we don't hold a copy. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, use "Reset all progress" or lose your device, your progress may be lost and we can't restore it. It can come back from your phone's Google backup, or from Google Play Games' cloud save if you use Play Games. Google Play Games is Google's service and its own terms apply.

Updates and availability

We may update Mind Loop to fix problems, improve it, or add or change levels and features. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We may also stop offering the game; if we do, we will try to give notice in the game or on this website first. Ads, purchases and Play Games rely on Google's services, which we don't control.

Ownership

The game and its content, including its levels, art, music, sounds and text, belong to Blckera Game Art Pvt. Ltd. or are used with permission. The fonts and open-source parts of the app are used under their own licences, listed in the game under Settings, Credits and licences. These terms don't give you any ownership of the game or its content.

Children

Mind Loop is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, and ask them before making a purchase.

Our responsibility

We make Mind Loop with care, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always work without errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for lost game progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Supporter purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, have jurisdiction. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws let consumers rely on their local law or bring a claim in their local courts, you keep those rights. If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most problems can be sorted out by email.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change matters, we will also mention it in the game's update notes on Google Play. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
